1.1 This event is for both private exhibitors and companies.
1.2 Booking through email: booking@swecard.com It mandatory to provide the full name, phone number, address, and what you sell. SweCard reserves the right to deny any booking.
1.3 Once registration is confirmed, we will send you information about payment. Payment is done by bank transfer, PayPal or swish. Upon payment the Exhibitor confirms that terms has been accepted.
1.4 The exhibitor table is for 1 person,
1.4.1 Additional fee for more persons at the same table is 250 SEK excl VAT per person.
1.5 Exhibitor undertakes to participate throughout the opening hours and the exhibitor may not be taken down until closure without any earlier agreement
1.6 The participant must attend to the expo during booth days. If exhibitor dont attend to booth days of the expo, a penalty fee of 250€ will be charged!
1.7 If registration is cancelled none of the registration fee will be refunded.
Your booking is considered as final.
1.8 Upon cancellation of the entire event due to COVID-19 or any other Force Majeure, 80% of the registration fee will be refunded.
1.9 If SweCard has to be moved, due to Covid or other force majeure, your booking will remain
2. General
2.1 The exhibitor table itself must not be moved or altered. It is not allowed to expand the area without prior agreement with SweCard. It is not allowed to put tape, stickers and screw or attach things to the exhibitor table. In case of violation of this, the exhibitor will be made liable for any damages.
2.2 All types of cards may be sold within Sports, Pokémon and Magic etc. Sealed boxes, sleeves & storage boxes may also be sold. From here referred to as goods.
2.3 Merchandise such as jerseys, figurines, pictures and other collectibles are ok to sell. But main focus should always be on the cards. SweCard reserves the right to reject items that seems inappropriate
2.4 You are not allowed to sell to other quests unless you have booked a table.
Selling to someone who have booked a table is ok.
2.5 SweCard has the right to move the seller’s table location to optimize the table layout.
2.6 SweCard is a service provided and operated by Expo in Sweden AB, a company incorporated under the laws of Sweden.
3. Right of cancellation
3.1 All purchases or trades are between exhibitor and buyer. Complaints and the right of cancellation are thus irrelevant to SweCard, and SweCard has no responsibility for this.
4. Exhibitor guarantee
4.1 Exhibitor guarantee:
4.1.1 having full disposal and ownership of all goods sold from the exhibitor,
4.1.2 the goods do not infringe the rights of third parties, including intellectual property rights,
4.1.3 the exhibitor’s goods comply with local laws at all times.
4.2 The entry in paragraphs 5.1.1 to 5.1.3 implies that exhibitor admits to indemnification of the SweCard from any claim by a third party or public authorities regarding the above facts.
5. Theft, lost or destroyed goods
5.1 SweCard disclaims all liability for stolen, lost or damaged goods.
5.2 SweCard disclaims any responsibility for theft, vandalism, storm, fire or water damage.
5.3 Exhibitor is responsible for taking out insurance.
6. Exhibitor violation
6.1 Exhibitor’s violation of these terms constitutes a breach of the registration entered into, and SweCard reserves the right to assert any violation, including compensation for loss or termination in the event. Cancellation does not entail the right to reimbursement of the registration fee.
7. Subject to change
7.1 These terms may be changed at any time by SweCard without prior acceptance from the Exhibitor.
