πŸ“‹ Required Information for Booking

To complete your booking, please provide the following mandatory details and send it to booking@swecard.nu
If information is missing, the will booking will not be valid.

  • Company Name (if applicable)
  • Full Name
  • Address
  • Phone Number
  • Email Address
  • Company Logo (attach file)
  • Number of Tables (Private only)
  • Booths Requested (Buisness only)
  • Hotelbooking (single, double bed, family room, specify dates)
  • Electricity (Yes or No, only for buisness)
  • Extra Badges (If yes, specify amount)

❗ Additional Information

  • Two-Day Commitment Required:
    It is not possible to book tables for only one day. Exhibitors are expected to attend both days of the expo.
    If you fail to attend both days, a penalty fee of €250 will be charged. Note: This policy may be adjusted later depending on table availability, but for now, only full weekend bookings are accepted β€” unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • Table Placement:
    Table numbers cannot be selected manually. We will assign your space based on what best suits the layout and flow of the event.
  • If you cancel your bookings, we will not refund you.

🚨 In Case of Changes

  • If SweCard needs to be postponed:
    A new date will be announced as soon as possible. All bookings will automatically be transferred to the new date.
  • If SweCard is cancelled entirely:
    You will receive an 80% refund of your booking fee.
